    Thank You for the wonderful food experience during my directed Retreat
    Nove 28 – Dec1st 2012. Amazing food! I has a soup on Wednesday afternoon that has white kidney beans and some kind of a leafy green lettuce like vegetable. I would appreciate it if you could share that recipe with me. Also the Glass bowl noodle salad, the vegetarian bean chili, the tofu scrambled vegetable brealfast(looked like scarambled eggs where eaqually amazing. Can I get recipies for those plates as well. I have been trying the forksoverknives.com diet. But like all diets, you need to have recipes that are going to help you maintain your new dietary lifestyle change.
    I was attending Fr. Richard Soo’s retreat.

    I just returned to home in Vancouver after the last directed silent retreat. I so enjoyed your meals – they were wonderful and I appreciated your labeling and providing foods for those of us who are gluten sensitive. Thanks very much!! The only problem is my adjustment back home – with only my husband and I to cook again… I loved your quinoa tabbouleh dish – would you please send it or put it on your blog? Thanks again.
